Construction started in front of the high school the day after school ended last June, and it's till in the works! Traffic this morning was tied up for quite a long time, especially in the East bound lane of Roosevelt. Traffic was backed up for a couple miles after the DPW merged three lanes into one. Is it me or do you think they should have gotten this completed before the ramping up of traffic and congestion? I saw people screeching out of the high school as we went by, yelling and hollering at the construction crews. Three traffic police officers were there, but in all the wrong places.<BR/>Let's see the Superintendent try and get up Roosevelt and be perplexed why kids are late to school today.dogboy443https://www.blogger.com/profile/08220151767721898591noreply@blogger.com
